Real Name: This is not necessary, and is totally optional.
Real Age: Once again, same as above.

Character’s Name: The name of your character. We do not restrict to Japanese names here, but please don’t pick something stupid. Use a real surname (family or clan name) and birth name (First name). Also, please do not use character names from the series. It’s fine if it is coincidence, but we’ll know if you try to do it with the intent to take their role.
Character’s Alias: Does your character have a specific alias they go by? Jot it down if they do.
Character’s Age: This is simple. Keep it preferably between the ages of ten and twenty. Some off-colors will get in, but only if you’re sufficiently skilled.
Kekkei Genkai: Your bloodline or clan. For those of you who haven’t chosen one. Just put “none”. Non-clan players will begin the game with two elements.
Elemental Affinity: List any affinities your character starts with. Those who are part of a clan get one (Unless otherwise specified in the clan’s guidelines!). Those who chose not to follow a clan or Kekkei Genkai get two of these. Hyoton, Suna, and mokuton are not valid selections as they require Bloodline Limitations.
Preferred Village: Choose one of the already created villages or, if you’ve already gone through the custom approval process, slap that name here.
Currency: Evey new player has 200 Ryou to start with.
Equipment Spots: Your character has 5 Slots, all of which are empty, and can be used to hold various items. As you progress through the games and buy or find new items, your Equipment Slots will fill up.

Appearance: Please write out for us what your character looks like in appearance. Include things like hair style and color, eye color, clothing, identifying marks, etc. However, if you choose to do so, an image will suffice. Please LINK the image ONLY. It really doesn’t matter who you use, but try to avoid canon Naruto characters. Another note would be to research who uses a character image before you leap upon it. This is considered common courtesy. (1 paragraph minimum)
Personality: Please detail your character’s personality. I cannot stress this enough, please try to make it original. Don’t make yourself a Sasuke clone or something. Add your own touch and try not to copy a canon character like a jerk. (1 paragraph minimum)
Background: Please details your character’s past to us. While each and every little minute detail isn’t necessary from birth to life, please try to cover a good margin as to what made your character who he is and why. After all, not a singular event will be able to alter who your character is, at least in most cases. (3 paragraphs minimum)

Sample Roleplay: Please apply for us a sample of your writing ability. A pasting of one of your chosen works from the past will suffice. If you feel it necessary, you can write a new one. (1 page minimum)
